ΒΙΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟ. Under the Number was formed in January 2008. The initial lineup was Kostas Ioannou (Guitar) Savvas Charalambous (Guitar) and Andros Kokkinos (Bass Guitar). Influenced by the 80's Hard-Rock and Metal Scene the Band started working on their first E.P Album that was released on the 20th of April 2009 titled "Never Ending Ride" Since the band did not have a permanent vocalist at the time, a local singer helped complete the Lyrics and Vocals on the album. Once the Album was completed, the Singer Marios Hadjiioannou and the Drummer Raphael Minas helped complete the concerts to promote the Album.

Once the Presentation of the Album was completed with five successful concerts on the island. After the completion of the "Never ending Ride" tour on the Island, the band decided to change its musical direction in to Alternative Rock and Nu Metal.

In 2010 Roman Horwarth Joined the band as a full pledged band member and Vocalist and lyricist. At that point some of the songs for the new album had already been written and where completed by todays lineup which is Under the Number
